do you mix the water?
The model Model FA610-63mx has built in
water mix valve that is accessible by user. For all other
faucets, above and below the sink water mixing valve is
available as an option.

long does the batteries last?
Battery life expectancy is 18 - 24 months. However your experience
may dramatically differ which depends on frequent traffic
usage.

type of batteries are used in MAC faucets?
All MAC faucets employ 4 standard AA batteries.

What
type of aerator is used?
We use standard "large" aerators supplied by Neoperl. We also
supply these aerators from our on line store. All faucets
are shipped with 2.2GPM aerator. All other flow aerators are
available as an option.

How
long do I need to leave my hands in front of faucet before
water begins to flow out?
MAC faucets, like all automatic faucets, employ "presence
sensors" and not motion sensors. The faucet will sense
the presence of your hand within approximately half of a second.

Can
I install these faucets outdoors?
MAC Automatic faucets are designed for indoor use only. They
may be installed in outdoors applications, however, make sure
that the sensor lens does not receive direct sunlight
|

Are
there any limitations to where I can install your faucets
that I need to know about?
MAC faucets are designed for all types of deck mount applications.
All you need is water supply, and sink. Please note that when
installing to vessel type sink the faucet must also be elevated
above the sink to insure that the sensor's "vision"
is not blocked.
