Lead Free status.
Since 2010 MAC Faucets, LLC has produced low lead (less than 0.25% lead) products which dispense water for human consumption. These products both meet and exceed AB1953 specifications.
MAC Faucets Industry Standard line, Autoluxe line, and Aqua Ibrido line, faucets designed to dispense water for human consumption, are included in this compliance.
We're committed to the goal of lowering the levels of lead in these products even further. Recent designs enable us to meet this goal by using market tested materials which contain 0% lead.
NO LEAD PERIOD.
We encourage customers and other plumbing industry professionals to embrace this low lead policy. Lead impact to humans, specially the youngest of us, is indisputable. Let us provide a better world, not only for ourselves, but for our children.
